To enter the show you must have qualified at a sanctioned LSAG league OPEN art show from the July 2025 through the May 10, 2026 by winning any best of show, first, second, third, or first honorable mention and be an ACTIVE member of an LSAG member league in good standing. You can verify your art work eligibility at the LSAG website (http://lsag.wspub.com/) You must enter your eligible pieces in the ArtCall.org show website.
Please use all the information for your piece as found in the LSAG database. You cannot change the Division or Category or title for your art work. The submitted art work photograph WILL NOT be used for judging, just for the gallery of works after the judging is complete.
1. Qualifying artworks may be entered only ONCE in an LSAG show. Once a piece goes through a season, qualifies, and goes to the LSAG show, it may NOT be entered into another show ---league or LSAG show--- ever again, not another year, & not another league's show.
2. Only active current members of a participating LSAG league in good standing are eligible. Eligible pieces can be viewed in the LSAG's database. The link is http://lsag.wspub.com///lsag.wspub.com/
3. All artwork must be completely dry and ready to hang or display when submitting at intake for the show.
4. 2D artwork must have WIRE HANGERS (no saw tooth hangers). Exhibiting 2D artwork wider than 36 inches and/or heavier than 3 pounds requires the Artist to supply a sturdy easel.
5. 3D artwork must not be heavier than 25 pounds and sculptural pieces must have a sturdy base. Small, delicate and fragile 3D art (earrings, paper sculpture, etc.) must be encased or framed and ready to hang or placed on a flat table top or pedestal surface.
6. If any piece of artwork is extremely large, heavy, or particularly fragile, then special arrangements must be made with the TAL staff for its display. All artwork must fit comfortably through show location doors.
7. Entry size must be entered correctly in Art Call. For 2D work, use the overall frame size (not artwork size). For 3D artwork, the measurements should reflect the space needed for display.
8. The following information must be placed on the back or the underside of artwork: Artist name, title and size of work, price (or NFS), Division and Category.
9. Artwork must NOT be removed prior to the close of the show, NO EXCEPTIONS.
10. ARTWORK IS ENTERED AT ARTIST’S OWN RISK, although every precaution will be taken in handling.
11. Artists will sign a release form at registration table at the event, or provide a signed copy if another person brings their work to the event. (A pdf of the form can be provided prior to the event if requested)
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: May 24, 2026 (NO Exceptions)
